Site Usage
After you agree to the licence agreement you will be asked to log in, your user ID and password should have been sent to you by email, do not lose your name or password, and keep your password secret, misuse of this site may result in loss of access to the site.
Once you have logged in, you will be shown a list of folders and files that are available for download.
If you have trouble logging in, see 'Having a Problem?' below.
We recommend the use of any web browser OTHER than Chrome for downloads! Chrome's has been blocking downloads from this site because it does not use an encrypted connection for the actual file download.
Because of recent changes in the way Chrome handles file downloads, if you insist on using Chrome, you must right click on the download link and click ‘Save link as…’ or the download will fail and you will have to contact us to clear the failed download.
You will need to watch for warnings like this:
If you see a warning like this click the ^ and click Keep.
Listed Files:
All files are now stored as ZIP archives, most operating systems have built in support for extracting the files.
We don't recommend downloading the archives on a phone or tablet unless you know you can deal with ZIP archives and large numbers of files. For mobile devices use individual file downloads from the Members' Area on the main site.
Browsing & Downloading Files:
To open a folder, click on the folder name.
Be careful to save the files where you will be able to find them, in most cases you will only be able to complete the download of each file once.
Resuming downloads
The download server supports resuming downloads if you are using a compatible browser. If your download fails to complete you should be able to resume your download, keeping everything that was downloaded successfully
The Options Button
Clicking the Options button will take you to the User Options Menu page where you can:
Change your password: (Now available on the Account page on the main site.)
Update your email address (Now available on the Account page on the main site.)
Turn on/off compatibility mode for downloading.
With compatibility mode off you only have to click once to start a download but some browsers do not work with the one click method, in most cases we automatically detect if you need compatibility mode on and set it to on, but if your downloads do not start or the file names are wrong, you can try manually turning on compatibility mode.
When contacting support for assistance please state what computer type (Windows or Mac) you are using, and which web browser you are using.
This site has been tested with Edge, Firefor, Safari and Chrome (Chrome has problems).
